4. However, after that time frame if you still do not receive any reply, do email us your order again to check with us at deglamour@hotmail.sg
5. Please clarify all doubts before confirming your orders.
6. Once confirmation invoice/email is sent, your items will be reserved for only 24 hours. Please kindly proceed to make payment within 24 hours and email us the payment details in the given format stated in the invoice.

3. deGlamour will NOT be held responsible for lost parcels/ damaged mailed-out items should you chose not to opt for registered postage/ meet up.
4. Meet ups are done at deGlamour's convenience ONLY.
5. ALL payments has to be made before the meet up.
6. All goods sold are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable. We ensure that all pieces are in 100% good quality before mailing out parcels. Exchanges would only be done for the similar piece on a case per case basis if the item is found to be defective.
7. ALL dead buyers WILL be barred from making future purchases with deGlamour.
